Each individual is allowed to open only one account at sham789. If it is found that one person or one household holds more than one account at the same time, all such accounts will be closed and any bonus funds will be forfeited without refund.

We may request proof of identity (national ID card, passport, or driving licence) from a user at any time. If the request is not fulfilled within 7 days, the account will be suspended immediately. 2.3 Account Security

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Deposits

We accept KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, and Bank Transfer for deposits. The minimum deposit amount for every method is 5,000 Ks.

• Deposits are usually processed almost instantly, but may take longer due to bank processing times.
• A policy requiring the deposit method and withdrawal method to match may be applied.

3.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is 10,000 Ks. Withdrawal requests are normally processed within 5 to 30 minutes, but may take longer for accounts that require additional verification.

• To withdraw funds obtained from a bonus, the wagering requirement for that bonus must first be met.

sham789 offers a 100% bonus on the deposit amount for first-time depositors, up to a maximum of 200,000 Ks. To withdraw this bonus, the wagering requirement is bonus amount × 25 times.

Example —

• Deposit 20,000 Ks → Bonus 20,000 Ks → Account balance 40,000 Ks → Must wager 20,000 × 25 = 500,000 Ks
• Deposit 420,000 Ks → Bonus 200,000 Ks → Account balance 620,000 Ks → Must wager 200,000 × 25 = 5,000,000 Ks

4.2 Bonus Terms and Conditions

• The wagering requirement must be met within 30 days of receiving the bonus. If it is not met within that time, the bonus and any winnings from it will be forfeited.
• While a bonus is active, bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until they have been converted to cash.
• A bonus can only be claimed once and on one account; it is not possible to open more than one account per person.
• We reserve the right to change the bonus amount and wagering requirement without prior notice.
• If we find that a bonus has been misused or coordinated, that bonus will be cancelled and the account may be closed.

4.3 Referral Program

You can use the Referral Program to invite friends to sham789. The referrer will receive 8% of the friend's first deposit as a bonus, up to a maximum of 10,000 Ks per referral, plus 0.1% of the friends' total wager amount as a weekly commission. The terms of this Referral Program may be updated without prior notice.

5. Gaming Methods
